Regina A. Corso, President/Founder
Regina is viewed as the nation’s premier public release expert with nearly 20 years of experience leading surveys and research projects for PR and communications programs. She is the source of more than 2,500 public release surveys, quoted in hundreds of U.S. and international media outlets – ranging from USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, and CNN to Fox News, BBC, and Investors’ Business Daily, and more. Regina has also partnered with numerous clients on co-presenting data results at press conferences.
Prior to the launch of her own firm, Regina served as SVP, The Harris Poll, one of the nation’s leading independent barometers of public opinion, at Harris Interactive. She oversaw all the research for Public Relations firms and all public release studies. In this role she created many of the specialty omnibus surveys there such as the IT Decision Maker omnibus, the Parent omnibus and the Major Markets omnibus. Some client highlights include a national survey of more than 15,000 U.S. adults matching U.S. Census data by zip code for State Farm, a survey of college students and parents of grade schoolers about the future of STEM education in the U.S. on behalf of Microsoft and a survey of trial lawyers in the U.S. ranking the 50 states on their trial environment for the Institute of Legal Reform at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Regina also served as head of corporate communications for Harris liaising with the media, discussing both general research issues as well as specific research studies for clients. Just a few of her many clients include the American Dental Association, Dell, Macy's, U.S. Travel Association, Staples and GM.
Prior to Harris, Regina was based in Washington, D.C. and was VP at Vox Populi Communications working primarily with energy, environmental, gaming and healthcare clients. She was also the Director of Research for The Hawthorn Group, a public affairs firm and began her research career at The Luntz Research Companies.
Regina’s work in politics began with her work for President George H.W. Bush’s re-election effort. After the re-election campaign, she then worked for Senator Hank Brown (R-CO) and the Republican Governors’ Association. Regina received her B.A. in political science from Skidmore College and a J.D. from Georgetown University. She also received an M.A. in Political Management from The George Washington University and has also completed all course work and comprehensive exams towards a Ph.D. in political science at American University. A native New Yorker, Regina grew up above her family’s Italian restaurant in Manhattan’s Little Italy.
